ST. CLOUD CAPITAL ANNOUNCES INVESTMENT IN BURKE WILLIAMS, INC.

LOS ANGELES, CA (July 27, 2017)St. Cloud Capital is pleased to announce an investment in Culver City, CA-based Burke Williams, Inc. It is an investment out of St. Cloud’s third fund, which has committed capital of $250 million.

Burke Williams is a full-service luxury day spa with eleven locations serving customers throughout California.  The Company provides health and wellness services such as massage therapy, spa baths, skin and nail treatments. St. Cloud’s investment, in partnership with HCAP Partners, will be used to facilitate a debt recapitalization and provide capital to fund growth initiatives.
