“Partnering with St. Cloud will allow us to further leverage the platform that we have built, and really scale the business given the incredible market opportunity in front of us,” said  Douglas Lecker, Chief Executive Officer of EZ Own.

St. Cloud invested in partnership with the Company’s existing lender, Hunting Dog Capital and merchant banking firm JDB Capital.  St. Cloud Capital Managing Partner Kacy Rozelle added, “We are very impressed with Doug’s leadership and are excited to join with Hunting Dog and JDB in providing him the resources and strategic guidance to take EZ Own to the next level.”
