ST. CLOUD CAPITAL ANNOUNCES GROWTH CAPITAL INVESTMENT IN RENTERS WAREHOUSE

 

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 6, 2016)St. Cloud Capital is pleased to announce a growth capital investment in Minneapolis, MN-based Renters Warehouse. It is an investment out of St. Cloud’s third fund, which has committed capital of $250 million.

Founded in 2007, Renters Warehouse is a property manager for single family residence rental properties.  The Company has approximately 16,000 properties under management in 32 markets.  The Company differentiates itself through centralized operations centers allowing it to efficiently manage its nationwide footprint with specialized staff.  Renters Warehouse is a portfolio company of Minneapolis, MN-based private equity firm Northern Pacific Group.
