The Company’s primary customers are telecommunications companies for which network management software is an essential part of their core offering.

“St. Cloud offered three compelling strengths as a financing partner. First, they executed on the transaction exactly as they indicated they would at the outset; they did what they said they would do. Second, they worked quickly and efficiently to meet a demanding timetable. And third, they structured their financing creatively to meet the specific needs and opportunities of gen-E instead of the more formulaic approaches we often see” said gen-E CEO Marc Hayden.

St. Cloud Capital Principal Jeremy May commented, “gen-E has established itself as a leader within its growing technology niche and we are excited to support the Company in its next phase of growth.”
